Dr. Waheeb A. Linjawi, Group President & Managing Director has announced that the Saudi Cable Company has today 28 April 2009 received Letter of Award for a Turnkey Project worth about SR 130 million from the Electricity & Water Authority, Kingdom of Bahrain, amid stiff competition from top global cable companies.
This Project has come after a series of vital High Voltage projects that the Saudi Cable Company implemented in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Dr. Waheeb added that the award of this Project to Saudi Cable Company shows the confidence that the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain has in the Groups high quality products and services; and, affirms the support of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Gulf industries. This will help in increasing the Companys sales and thereby benefit the Companys shareholders and investors.
