Saudi Cable Company is pleased to announce the distribution of the first installment of dividend (representing 50% from MSR 57) at 37.5 Halala per share to the entitled shareholders on the date of shareholdersGeneral Assemply meeting register by the end of the share trading date of Tuesday 05/07/1432 corresponding to 07/06/2011.
the second installnent will be paid in December 2011
The Company will begin distribution of dividend as of Saturday 08/08/1432 corresponding to 09/07/2011. The Company apologizes for the delay of dividend distribution as announced earlier due to technical reasons.
