Linjawi that he submitted on 08/03/1434H corresponding to 20/01/2013G for personal reasons which was accepted by the Board in the Meeting held on 08/03/1434H corresponding to 20/01/2013G; also, the Board has approved the appointment of Eng. Abdullah Mohammed Amin Bukhari as Acting President of the Company in addition to his present position as the Chief Operating Officer of Saudi Operations, with effect from 08/03/1433H corresponding to 20/01/2013G.
Eng. Abdullah Mohammed Amin Bukhari has vast experience of about 25 years in the cables industry during which he has worked in several positions of leadership in the Company and holds a Masters degree in electronic engineering from America
