Further to the Company announcement on 22/1/1435 H corresponding to 25/11/2013 G comprising of the Company expectation that the financial restructuring plan with banks would be finalized by the end of the year 2013 G,the Company is pleased to announce that the preparation of the draft plan has come to an end and, negotiations are on with the banks for their approval. It is expected that the Company will get their response during the coming six weeks. A further announcement will be made as any developments take place.
