Saudi Cable Company announces to all its Shareholders and investors that as a result of the Cabinet Resolution issued on Monday, 17 Rabi-Alawal 1437 corresponding to 28 December 2015 regarding revision in Power Products Prices, there will be a financial impact on the production cost during the year 2016. The Company is currently carrying out a study on the potential impact on its Financial Statements for 2016, and simultaneously identifying all avenues to minimize its effect. On the completion of its study, the Company may make a further Announcement in relation to this, depending upon the materiality of the impact on its Financial Statements.
