Further to the previous announcements by Saudi Cable Company on Tadawul, notably on 2015/06/30, 2015/10/08, 2015/11/30 and 2015/12/28, regarding the term sheet signed by the Company with its Lenders, the Company would like to state that it has received on 26 January 2016, the draft Legal documents relating to the Bank, which had requested certain changes in the Legal wording to conform with provisions in their chosen banking convention.The documents are currently being reviewed. However, the commercial terms and conditions remain the same as stated in the signed term sheet. The company expects that the review of the revised documents will be completed shortly, and the finalisation of the documentation will be completed by 24 February 2016.
