With reference to previous announcement of Saudi Cable Company dated 06/08/1438 H (corresponding to 02/05/2017) regarding the recommendation by the board of directors of the Company to reduce the capital of the Company based on revised figures, the Company would like to inform its shareholders that it has resubmitted the capital reduction request file to the Capital Market Authority on Wednesday dated 07/08/1438 H (corresponding to 03 May 2017).
The Company will announce any future developments in this regard on time.
