Further to the Companys previous announcement on 01/03/2017 and 23/04/2017 with regard to the Companys inability to publish its financial results for 4th Quarter 2016 on time, the Company announces postponing the publication of its 4th Quarter 2016 financial results as the report provided by the financial advisor is completed. The reason for this delay is because the report is under review by the lenders and subsequently will be reviewed by the external auditor. The Company expects to finalize this task within 10 weeks starting from today, 18/06/2017.
