Further to the Company previous announcements on 18/06/2017 and 09/05/2017 with regard to the Company inability to publish its financial results for 1st Quarter 2017 on time, the Company announces the delay in publishing its audited financial statements for the 1st quarter, 2017 on Tadawul website. The reason for this delay is because the Company was unable to publish its annual financial results for the year ending 31/12/2016. The Company expects to publish the financial results of 1st Quarter 2017 within 6 weeks starting from today, 24/08/2017.
