Further to the Company previous announcements on 04/10/2017, 24/08/2017, 18/06/2017 and 09/05/2017 with regard to the Company inability to publish its financial results for the First Quarter of 2017 on time, the Company announces the delay in publishing its audited financial statements for the first quarter, 2017 on Tadawul website. The reason for this delay is because the Company is going to appoint an external auditor at the next Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting announced for on 23/11/2017 on Tadawul website. The Company expects to finalize this task within 6 weeks starting from today, 03/12/2017.
