Further to the Company previous announcements on Tadawul for the first quarter on 09/05/2017, 18/06/2017, 24/08/2017, 04/10/2017 and 03/12/2017, for the second quarter on 17/08/2017, 10/10/2017 and 07/12/2017 and for the third quarter on 08/11/2017 and 24/12/2017, the Company regrets to announce the delay in publishing its audited financial statements. The appointment of the external auditor which was the reason for delay was formally made at the extraordinary general meeting on 14/01/2018 and the Company expects to finalize the first quarter publication by 05/02/2018. Second and third quarter financial statements are expected to be finalized by 26/02/2018 and 19/03/2018 respectively.
