| Announcement Detail | Saudi Cable Company would like to announce to the shareholders that it is unable to publish its interim financial results for the period ending on 31/03/2023 (three months) on (Tadawul) website on time. For the following reasons: |
1- The company is still working with the external auditor to issue the annual financial statements for 2022 AD then It will work on issuing the preliminary financial statements for the first quarter of 2023 AD.
2- the severe challenges the group faces in the human resources necessary to complete the audit process in a satisfactory professional manner, the audit process for the entire group was not completed on time.
The financial statements will be announced as soon as the external auditor and Board of Directors approved.
The company would like to clarify that the procedures for suspending trading of listed securities will be applied according to the listing rules approved by the CMA Board decision No. (1-10-2019) dated on 24-05-1440 H corresponding 30-01-2019 and announced on (Tadawul) on March 25, 2019.
