Saudi Cable Company will make an announcement upon submitting the application of the Capital Increase by offering Rights Issue to the Capital Market Authority and any other material developments pertaining to the subject once occurring in accordance with the Capital Market Authority’s regulations and the Saudi Exchange’s (Tadawul) rules, and in accordance with the financial restructuring proposal submitted to the Commercial Court in Jeddah.
