Introduction With reference to the announcement of the Saudi Cable Company on the Tadawul website dated 20/06/1447 AH corresponding to 11/12/2025 AD regarding the issuance of the court's decision to reject the company's request to terminate the financial restructuring procedure, The Saudi Cable Company would like to announce to its valued shareholders that the company has submitted a new request to terminate the financial restructuring procedure with the Fourth Circuit in Jeddah on December 23, 2025, which was accepted and registered on December 23, 2025, and the date of the judicial hearing was set to be held today, Thursday, December 25, 2025, and the session was attended by the Fourth Circuit of the Commercial Court in Jeddah, and the Circuit ruled as follows: "Acceptance of the Company's request to terminate the financial restructuring procedure", and based on the issued judgment, the procedure will be terminated and the company will exit the financial restructuring, noting that the judgment is verbal and the judgment instrument will be received at a later date. The Company will also contact its 790 creditors whose claims have been proven to review the procedures and mechanism for the payment of their claims.

The Company would like to clarify that based on the Bankruptcy Law, any interested party may file an objection before the Court within fourteen days from the date of issuance of the decision.
