SAUDI Advanced Industries Company SAIC announces that the board of directors of SAIC has recommended on 22/12/2014 to the general assembly of SAIC the distribution of dividend to the shareholders SAR 21,600,000 for the year ended 31 December 2014 half riyal per share representing 5% of the par value. The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center Tadawul on the day of held of General Assembly which will be announced later SAIC will announce the date of dividend distribution later.
