Alujain Corporation announces not being able to hold its 24th Ordinary General Assembly meeting, Monday, 12 Jumada Al-Thanyah 1434H, corresponding to April 22, 2013 for lack of quorum.
Alujain will call the 24th OGA to meet again on a date approved by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry and this will be announced on TADAWUL & local newspapers.
