The Board of Directors of Filing and Packing Materials Manufacturing Co. on its meeting dated 30 Jan. 2017 has recommended the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period the fiscal year 2016 as following:
1. Number of shares eligible for dividends 11,500,000 shares
2.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 5,750,000
3.Dividend per share SAR 0.5
4.Dividend represents 5% of the Face value.
5.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center on which the General Assembly that will be announce later.
6.Details of dividend distribution date will be set later.
