FIPCO wishes to clarify to all shareholders that the eligibility to attend the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on Monday, 05 Shaaban 1438H (corresponding to 01 May 2017) will be for shareholders registered in the companys share registry at the Depository Center as of the end of trading on the EGM day.
while the Eligibility for dividends will be for shareholders owning shares on the due date 05 Shaaban 1438H (corresponding to 01 May 2017) and those shareholders registered in the companys share registry at the Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the due date which corresponds to 07 Shaaban 1438H (corresponding to 03 May 2017).
