The Company is pleased to inform its esteemed shareholders that they may electronically vote on the agenda items of the Extraordinary General Assembly through the Tadawulaty electronic voting services, starting from 1:00 a.m. on Thursday, 23 July 2026, corresponding to 9 Safar 1448H, until the end of the General Assembly meeting.
