Further to an announcement made earlier today by Greggs plc, and pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Softcat plc announces that Lynne Weedall, who will be joining the Board of Softcat plc on 3 May 2022 as a Non-Executive Director, has been appointed to the Board of Greggs plc as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 17 May 2022.
