The Board of Directors of Almarai Company, on 28th of December 2014, is recommending to the General Shareholders Assembly to pay a cash dividend for the financial year 2014 as following:
1. Total distributed dividends of SAR 600 million.
2. Dividend per share of SAR 1.
3. The dividend represents 10% of the nominal value of each share.
4. The date of the General Shareholders Assembly meeting will be determined after obtaining the formal approval from the related government agencies.
5. The date of cash dividend payment will be confirmed after getting the approval of the General Assembly.
