The Acquired Company’s primary activities include feed production, and it is located in Jeddah – Third Industrial City ("Modon").
This acquisition aligns with the Company's strategy and marks significant progress in strengthening its feed production capabilities. It will add a daily production capacity of 450 tons, bringing the Company’s total feed production capacity to 1,350 tons per day. This expansion aims to meet the growing demand in local and regional markets, broaden the Company’s geographical presence, diversify its income streams, and enhance its product portfolio, thereby creating greater value for its shareholders.
All of these requirements have been fulfilled, and all verification tests established to ensure the plant’s production capacity have been completed by the Company to finalize the acquisition process. Accordingly, the final agreement has been signed.
The valuation of the acquired company amounts to SAR 77,000,000 (seventy-seven million Saudi Riyals), with 100% ownership to First Mills Company. The acquisition will be financed through Sharia-compliant bank facilities, cash available at the Company, and other financing programs.
All necessary approvals have been obtained to complete the acquisition, including, but not limited to, the approval of the Board of Directors, the approval of the General Authority for Competition, and other regulatory and commercial requirements.
