Advanced Petrochemical Company announces that its Board of Directors has decided in their meeting held on Wednesday, 29/05/2013 to distribute a cash dividend of SR 1.00 per share which equivalent 10 % from the nominal value of the shares which is totaling (163.9) Million for the first half of 2013. The dividend will be distributed to the shareholders who are registered on the companys records with Tadawul at the end of trading on Sunday, 30/6/2013, and the dividend will be distribute, God willing, on Saturday 27/07/2013.
