The Board of Directors of Advanced Petrochemical Company in their meeting held on 4th October 2016 reviewed the financial and operational performance of the Company and has recommended to distribute dividend to the shareholders for the third quarter of 2016 as follows:
1. Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 127.9 Million.
2. Dividend per share SAR 0.65.
3. Dividend represent 6.5% of the Face value.
4. Number of Shares for Dividend 196,794,000.
5. The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on the closing of trading on October 12, 2016.
5. Details of dividend distribution date: October 27, 2016.
The Company urges its shareholders to update their data and to make sure to link their bank accounts numbers to their investment portfolios to ensure receipt of their dividends.
