ADDENDUM ANNOUNCEMENT BY ADVANCED PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY REGARDING THE INVITATION OF ITS SHAREHOLDERS TO ATTEND THE 11TH ORDINARY GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEETING (FIRST MEETING)

Advanced Petrochemical Company announces this addendum announcement to its previous announcement regarding the invitation of its shareholders to attend the 11th ordinary general assembly meeting (first meeting) which was published in Tadawul website on Monday 30/03/1439 corresponding to 18th December 2017, where the documents relating to items number (2), (4) and (5) of the meeting agenda were not attached as per their current provisions (prior to the proposed amendment).

Therefore, the above-mentioned documents are hereby attached in accordance with the instructions relating to companies announcements.
