Announcement Detail	AlKhobar, KSA – 23 February 2026: Arabian Drilling, or the “Company”, (Tadawul symbol: 2381), Saudi Arabia’s largest drilling contractor by fleet size, today announced today its intention to publish its results for the financial year and fourth Quarter of 2025 on Sunday 1 March 2026 before commencement of trading on the Saudi Exchange "Tadawul".

In addition, the Company intends to hold a virtual meeting on Monday 2 March 2026, at 15:00 (KSA time) to discuss the results and answer questions from investors and analysts.
