The Board of Directors of City Cement Co has decided the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period from 01/01/2014 to 30/09/2014 as following:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 189,200,000
2.Divided per share SAR 1
3.Divided represent 10% of the Face value.
4.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on 02/11/2014
5.Details of dividend distribution date : 20/11/2014
