The Board of Directors of City Cement Co. has recommended the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period Period of the fourth quarter of 2015 as following:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 47,300,000
2.Divided per share SAR 0.25
3.Divided represent 2.5% of the Face value.
4. Eligibility of the profits to shareholders of the company registered with the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) by the end of trading day day of the general assembly of the shareholders, which will be announced later
5.Distribution date will be announced later
