• To finance working capital. Related Parties There is a member of the Board of Directors of Yamama Cement Company, Engineer. Faisal bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, a brother of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Rajhi Bank, Mr. Abdullah bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi. The company confirms that the agreement was done in the ordinary course of business and no preferential benefits were granted.
