Following to Saudi Cement Company announcement on Tadawul website on Tuesday 23/10/2017 (03/02/1439H) about the interim financial results for the period ending on 30/09/2017 (Nine Months), the Company, hereby, would like to inform you that, Independent Auditor's report on review of interim financial statements for the period ending on 30/09/2017 (Nine Months) has stated, under Other matter, (The financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2016 and condensed interim financial statements for the quarter ended 31 March 2017 were audited / reviewed by another auditor whose reports dated 15 Jumada' 1438 H (corresponding to 12 February 2017) and 13 Sha'ban 1438H (corresponding to 09 May 2017) respectively, contained an unqualified opinion/conclusion thereon).
