Notification of Transactions of Persons
Discharging Managerial Responsibility in accordance with Article 19(1) of the Market Abuse
Regulation (2014/596/EU) ("MAR")
The Company announces that it was informed that Justin Dowley, Non-executive Chairman, Liz Hewitt, Non-executive Director, David Lis, Non-executive Director, and Victoria Jarman, Non-executive Director, today bought shares in the Company. In particular:
Mr Dowley bought 75,000 Ordinary Shares of 160/21 pence each in the Company at a price of 132.26 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Dowley holds an interest of 1,499,480 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.03429% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Ms Hewitt bought 37,000 Ordinary Shares of 160/21 pence each in the Company at a price of 136.51 pence per share. Following this transaction, Ms Hewitt holds an interest of 227,239 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.0052% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Mr Lis bought 35,000 Ordinary Shares of 160/21 pence each in the Company at a price of 133.25 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Lis holds an interest of 448,052 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.01025% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Ms Jarman bought 20,000 Ordinary Shares of 160/21 pence each in the Company at a price of 134.34 pence per share. Following this transaction, Ms Jarman holds an interest of 33,500 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.00077% of the issued share capital of the Company.
