| Announcement Detail | The board of Tabuk cement company held its meeting the afternoon of Monday 8th of April 2019 and issued the following resulotions : |
1- Accepting the resegnation of Dr. Saeed Obaid as the Chairman of the board due to his other business commitments while mantaining his seat at the board. Effective 14 April 2019.
2- Apponting Mr. Saud Suliman AlJuhani as the chairman of the board. Effective 14 April 2019.
3- Apponting Mr. Tareq Khalid AlAngari as the Vice Chairman of the board. Effective 14 April 2019.
Noting that the current board term ends on 25 January 2020.
