The company is pleased to mention its valued shareholders about the date of the start of electronic voting on the items of the assembly meeting, The Registered Shareholders in Tadawulaty services will be able to register their attendance and vote remotely on the assembly’s items starting at (10:00 am) on Saturday 21/08/1442 (corresponding to 03/04/2021) till (7:00 pm) of the day of the meeting of the assembly in the event that the quorum is complete and the first meeting of the assembly is held, and in the event that a quorum is not complete, the second meeting will be held an hour after the first meeting, and thus voting will be extended to (8:00 pm).
Accordingly, Tabuk Cement Company invites all honorable shareholders to participate and voting remotely and electronically, by visiting the website of Tadawulaty on the following link: www.tadawulaty.com.sa (Note that registration and voting in the Tadawulaty services is available free of charge to all shareholders ).
