The board of Directors of Abdullah Al-Othaim Markets Company held on Monday 07/09/2015 its first meeting for the third session, which will starts on 03/10/2015 for a period of three years.
The Board has re-elected Mr. Abdullah Saleh Al-Othaim as chairman of the board in addition to re-forming the sub-committees of the board (Audit Committee, Nomination & remunerations committee) & naming the committees members.
