First: Appointing of Mr. Abdullah Saleh Al Othaim (Non-Executive Member) as a Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Second: Appointing of Mr. Bader Bin Hamed Alujan (Non-Executive Member Member) as a Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Third: Appointing of Mr. Bandar Suliman Al Bohairy (Non-Executive Member) as Secretary of the Board of Directors.
Fourth: Appointing of members to the following committees: (Audit Committee, Remunerations and Nominations Committee, and Executive Committee(.
