Note that during the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting held on 29 April 2021, the formation of the Audit Committee, and the definition of its duties, work regulations and remuneration of its members for the new term starting from 13 May 2021 and for a period of three years, which ends on 12 May 2024 has been approved.
