Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment announces the completion of selling fractions shares arising out of the company's capital increase based on the approval of extraordinary general assembly meeting which was held on 15-04-2015 corresponding to 26-06-1436 as following:
1.The total number of shares fractions is 33,634 shares
2.Sold fractions shares on 06-05-2015 corresponding to 17-07-1436 with a value of SAR 2,094,507 by average price SAR 62.27.
3.Amount will be deposit into the shareholders account on 02-06-2015 corresponding to 15-08-1436
The Samba Financial Group will be deposit fractions shares amount to those whose accounts data are available, whereas those whose accounts data are not sufficient are contacted nearly branch of Samba Financial Group to receive their due compensation amount after 02-06-2015 corresponding to 15-08-1436.
