Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment announces that on Thursday the 21 June 2018 it extended the memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed on April 22 2018 with Sudair Pharma Company for the acquisition of an equity stake with the same conditions until August 31, 2018. Al Hammadi will announce in due course any further developments related to the transaction.
