| Reasons of annual financial results | The net profit increased by SAR 64.8 million in the current year compared to last year. This is due to increase in revenue by SAR 186 million from growth in number of flights, with corresponding increase in operational cost to facilitate the increased volume of business and expansion into the new terminal in Riyadh. There was also an increase in the Zakat expense in the current year due to a higher zakat base. Further the current year has a drop of SAR 8 million in other income from HRDF compared to last year. |
