Brief Resume Arabian Contracting Services Co. is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Mansour Mohammed Al-Obaikan as Chief Executive Officer, effective from 15-06-2025G

Mr. Mansour has nearly 18 years of professional experience in the banking sector. He began his career at the Saudi Awwal Bank (SAB) in the Corporate Banking Division, where he advanced through various positions until he led the Large Corporate Banking Division.

He joined the Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB), where he held several key roles, the latest being Chief Risk Officer since the end of 2019. In addition to this role, he was also assigned as Acting Chief Operating and Information Technology Officer from 2023 to 2024.

Mr. Mansour is a member of the Board of Directors of American Express Saudi Arabia, where he serves as Chairman of the Executive Committee and a member of the Risk & Credit Committee since 2020. He is also a member of the Risk Committee at Al-Istithmar Capital since 2020. Throughout his career, he has chaired and been a member of several internal committees at the Saudi Investment Bank and Al-Istithmar Capital.

Moreover, he participated in establishing several corporations and assumed duties as board member in many diversified sectors including real estate development and private equities.

Mr. Mansour holds Bachelor degree with honors in Finance from Prince Sultan University, obtained in 2007. He has also completed various programs in leadership, risk, and global markets with institutions including HSBC UK, HSBC India, HSBC Middle East, INSEAD, Fitch, and Euromoney.
