Morabaha Marina Financing Co. Announces the date and method of distributing dividends to shareholders for the financial period ending on 31-12-2023

Announcement Detail Referring to the company’s announcement on the Tadawul website dated 01-02-1446 AH corresponding to 05-08-2024 AD regarding the results of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting, which included approval to distribute cash dividends in the amount of (24,437,819) Saudi riyals to the company’s shareholders for the financial period (31-12-2023 AD) at a rate of (0.35) riyals per share and at a rate of (3.5%) of the nominal share value, provided that the eligibility is for shareholders who own shares at the end of trading on the day of the General Assembly meeting and are registered in the company’s shareholders’ register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the due date, which was held on Sunday, 04-08-2024 AD.

Accordingly, the company would like to announce to its esteemed shareholders that profits will be distributed by automatic deposit into the investment accounts linked to the shareholders’ portfolios at all banks, starting from Wednesday 10-02-1446 corresponding to 14-08-2024.

We also draw the attention of non-resident foreign investors to the fact that cash dividends transferred through a resident financial intermediary are subject, upon transfer or upon entry into his account, to a withholding tax of 5% in accordance with the provisions of Article (68) of the Tax System and Article (63) of its Executive Regulations.

The company calls upon its valued shareholders to update their data and ensure that bank account numbers are linked to investment portfolios to ensure that their profits are received without delay.
