The Board of Directors of Makkah Construction and Development Co. has recommended the distribution of dividend to the shareholders for the period Financial year ended 29/04/1435 H as following:
1.Total amount of distribution of dividend SAR 412,040,600
2.Divided per share SAR 2.50
3.Divided represent 25% of the Face value.
4.The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders registered in the registers of the Securities Depository Center (Tadawul) on Will be announced later on
