Latest Developments Of The Announced Event The Saudi Industrial Export Company (SADIRAT) announces that its Board of Directors, on 20/02/1447 AH corresponding to 14/08/2025 AD, has approved an investment of SAR 70,000,000 in the FAAD Industrial Fund through ("Haddaj Investment Company," the investment arm of (SADIRAT) Company), a closed private equity fund licensed by the Capital Market Authority and managed by FAAD Financial Partners Company Licensed by the Capital Market Authority under license number 32-23270. The fund aims to achieve capital growth by investing in private equity through subscription and/or acquisition of stakes in the target company operating within the industrial sector. This investment is expected to have a positive financial impact and aligns with the company's strategic investment direction.

It should be noted that the commencement of the fund’s operations is subject to obtaining all required approvals and notifications in accordance with the regulations and guidelines of the Capital Market Authority.

Fund Duration: The fund term is five (5) calendar years, extendable by the fund manager for two additional periods of one (1) year each, making a total possible duration of 5 + 1 + 1 years.

The fund term starts from the closing date of the offering.

Expected Net Return from the Project: 12%

According to the terms and conditions of the fund, the fund’s target capital is two hundred and twenty million (SAR 220,000,000). If the minimum amount of subscriptions—whether in-kind and/or cash—amounting to two hundred and fifteen million (SAR 215,000,000), or the amount targeted by the fund manager to launch and operate the fund, is not collected, the closing date will be extended for an additional period of three (3) months. If the fund manager is still unable to raise the minimum targeted subscriptions within the original or extended subscription period, after exerting all possible efforts, a written notice signed by the fund manager confirming the failure to complete the subscription will be submitted to the Capital Market Authority within ten (10) days. Additionally, the fund manager will refund all subscription amounts received, along with any returns generated from investing those amounts, without any deductions, to the unit holders.
