Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly's Meeting Agenda's 1- Approval of amending the company's Articles of Association to align with the new Companies Law, restructuring and renumbering the articles to comply with the proposed amendments.

2- Approval of amending Article (7) of the company's Articles of Association regarding the capital.

3- Approval of the Board of Directors' recommendation to distribute cash dividends amounting to 60 million Saudi Riyals to the shareholders for the financial period ending on 31/12/2023, at a rate of 1.5 Saudi Riyals per share, representing 15% of the nominal share value. Shareholders holding shares at the end of trading on the General Assembly meeting day and registered in the company's shareholder registry at the Securities Depository Center (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the entitlement date will be eligible. Dividend distribution is set to commence on December 1, 2024.

4- Approval of the Board of Directors' decision to appoint Mr. Eid bin Dhafar Al Suhaymi (an independent member) to the Board of Directors effective from his appointment date on 11-01-1446 AH corresponding to 17-07-2024 AD to complete the term of the board until the end date of the current term on 18-09-2025 AD in the vacant position.

5- Approval of the Board of Directors' decision to appoint Mr. Khaled Abdul Latif Hassan (an independent member) to the Board of Directors effective from his appointment date on 11-01-1446 AH corresponding to 17-07-2024 AD to complete the term of the board until the end date of the current term on 18-09-2025 AD in the vacant position.

6- Approval of the transactions and contracts between the company and Ral Investment Company (a closed joint-stock company) involving Board members Mr. Mansour Kamel Al Fattouh and Mr. Nasser Kamel Al Fattouh Al Balawi, who have a direct interest, consisting of a commercial showroom lease contract for two years, with a transaction value of 50,000 Saudi Riyals for the year 2023 and 50,000 Saudi Riyals for the year 2024, without any preferential terms or advantages.

7- Approval of the transactions and contracts between the company and Ral Investment Company (a closed joint-stock company) involving Board members Mr. Mansour Kamel Al Fattouh and Mr. Nasser Kamel Al Fattouh Al Balawi, who have a direct interest, consisting of a commercial showroom lease contract for two years, with a transaction value of 50,000 Saudi Riyals for the year 2023 and 50,000 Saudi Riyals for the year 2024, without any preferential terms or advantages.

8- Approval of the transactions and contracts between the company and Ral Investment Company (a closed joint-stock company) involving Board members Mr. Mansour Kamel Al Fattouh and Mr. Nasser Kamel Al Fattouh Al Balawi, who have a direct interest, consisting of a warehouse lease contract for two years, with a transaction value of 75,000 Saudi Riyals for the year 2023 and 75,000 Saudi Riyals for the year 2024, without any preferential terms or advantages.

9- Approval of the transactions and contracts between the company and Ral Investment Company (a closed joint-stock company) involving Board members Mr. Mansour Kamel Al Fattouh and Mr. Nasser Kamel Al Fattouh Al Balawi, who have a direct interest, consisting of a workshop lease contract for two years, with a transaction value of 148,000 Saudi Riyals for the year 2023 and 175,000 Saudi Riyals for the year 2024, without any preferential terms or advantages.
