Al Majed Oud Company Announces the Start of Electronic Voting for Shareholders on the Agenda Items of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) via Modern Technology Means (Reminder Announcement).

Announcement Detail With reference to the previous announcement published on the Tadawul website on Monday, 16-10-1446H (corresponding to 14-04-2025), which included the invitation to the company’s shareholders to participate and vote in the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) scheduled to be held, God willing, at 7:00 PM on Monday, 07-11-1446H (corresponding to 05-05-2025), via modern technology means (remotely) through the Tadawulaty platform.

We would like to remind our valued shareholders that electronic voting on the agenda items will commence at 1:00 AM on Thursday, 03-11-1446H (corresponding to 01-05-2025G), and will continue until the end of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting.
