Announcement Detail With reference to the announcement of the Tourism Enterprises Company "Shams" on the Tadawul website dated 30/03/1447 AH corresponding to 22/09/2025 AD regarding the invitation of its esteemed shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (third meeting), which is scheduled to be held, God willing, at 6:30 PM on Thursday 24/04/1447 AH corresponding to 16/10/2025 AD, via modern technology.

It includes a clause detailing the measures the company will take to comply with the minimum average closing price requirements for the share.

The company is pleased to remind its valued shareholders registered in Tadawulaty services that they can vote electronically on the general assembly's agenda starting at 1:00 AM on Sunday, 20/04/1447 AH corresponding to12/10/2025 AD and continuing until the end of the general assembly meeting.
