1- The appointment of Mr. Mohammad bin Abdulrahman bin Nasser Al- Agail (Non-Executive Member) as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
2- The appointment of Mr. Abdulkarim bin Abdulrahman bin Nasser Al- Agail (Executive Member) as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
3- The formation of the Board of Directors’ committees in accordance with the approved responsibilities and authorities.
4- The appointment of the Board of Directors Secretary.
5- The appointment of the Company's representatives before the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange Company (Tadawul) for all matters related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations.
