The Company announces the Board of Directors' decisions issued on Tuesday, 15 Rabi' al-Thani 1447 AH (October 7, 2025 AD), as follows:
1- Appointing Mr. Sulaiman bin Mohammed Al-Saif (Non-Executive Member) as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
2- Appointing Mr. Mohammed bin Sulaiman Al-Saif (Executive Member) as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors.
3- Forming the Board of Directors' committees in accordance with their approved duties and powers.
4- Appointing the Secretary of the Board of Directors.
5- Appointing the Company's representatives to the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) for all purposes related to the implementation of the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations.
