Announcement Detail Referring to the announcement of Marketing Home Group for Trading Company on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website dated 28/10/1447H, corresponding to 16/04/2026G, regarding the invitation extended to its shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), which will be held via modern technology means (remotely), at 07:00 p.m. on 27/11/1447H, corresponding to 14/05/2026G, at the Company’s headquarters in Riyadh, on the Old Al-Kharj Road.

The Company would like to remind its esteemed shareholders that shareholders registered in Tadawulaty services may vote electronically and remotely on the items of the meeting. The electronic voting will commence at 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, 23/11/1447H (corresponding to 10/05/2026G) and will remain available until the end of the meeting.
