The Committee also resolved in the said meeting that the aforementioned decision shall be effective as of 1 September 2024 corresponding to 29 Jumada Al-Awwal 1446H until the end of the current Committee term that ends on 23 April 2026 corresponding to 06 Dhul Qidah 1447H.
Mr. Fahad Saleh AlHathloul holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from King Saud University and licensed by the American Management Accounting Association and licensed by the American Financial Management Association. He has more than 25 years of financial analysis and real estate investment experience. Currently he is a Partner in Saleh AlHathloul Development Company. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Saleh AlHathloul Development Company, and member of the Audit Committees of the Jeddah Development and Urban Development Company and the Water Transmission and Technology Company, and member of the Audit Committee of the Communications, Space & Technology Commission, and Member of the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, Executive Committee, and Investment Assets Committee of Rua Al Madina Holding Company, and member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of ARDARA, and member of the Audit Committee of Saudi Real Estate Refinance Company.
The Committee expressed its thanks to Mr. Osama Barayan for his efforts as the Chairman of the Committee and extended its best wishes to Mr. Fahad AlHathloul in his additional duties.
